On July 22, the 2022 "Win in Nanjing · Entrepreneurship Jinling" Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the 10th "Entrepreneurship Jiangsu" Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition - New Materials Industry Competition was held in the Science and Technology Park (Pukou High tech Zone) under the joint guidance of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Talent Office, the Municipal Propaganda Department, the Municipal Cyberspace Office, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Youth League Committee, the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. After preliminary selection, the project of Jiulang Gaoke, an enterprise in the park, "New Nano Cobweb Biomimetic Membrane Protective Mask" has successfully entered the second round of this new material industry competition. New nano spider web biomimetic membrane respirator
The "new nano spider web biomimetic membrane protective mask" mainly aims at the problems such as the disappearance of static electricity and secondary infection of traditional melt blown masks. It uses PTFE nano fiber membrane to replace melt blown materials and introduces antibacterial and anti-virus active components. It can intercept more than 99.9% of fine particles and aerosols without adding static electricity. At the same time, it can directly kill the bacteria intercepted by the mask, eliminate potential risks, and greatly protect the life, health and safety of travelers. The new masks have been applied in many domestic and foreign institutions, such as Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Nanjing Qinhuai District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing Pukou Charity Federation, Italy National Research Institute, and the American Filtration and Separation Association.
