Recently, the provincial talent work leading group issued the Notice on Determining the List of the Third Level Trainees of the Sixth "333 High Level Talent Training Project" in Jiangsu Province (Su Talent Office [2022] No. 2), and Han Feng, the person in charge of the high-temperature ceramic membrane material department of Jiulang Gaoke, an enterprise in the park, was identified as the third level trainee of the sixth "333 High Level Talent Training Project".
       The "333 High level Talent Training Project" is organized and implemented by Jiangsu Provincial Talent Office, aiming to cultivate outstanding talents with domestic and international leading level. The training objects of the "333 Project" are divided into three levels: young and middle-aged chief scientists, young and middle-aged leading talents, and young and middle-aged academic and technical leaders. From 2021 to 2025, the third level has grown into young and middle-aged experts with a certain influence in the same industry in China, who have a first-class level in relevant fields in the province, can promote innovation and transformation of achievements and technologies, and promote regional and industrial development. About 2000 of them have grown into leaders of provincial key laboratories, provincial technology innovation centers, and provincial enterprise science and technology research and development platforms, The provincial government also gives priority to encouraging and supporting the trainees to apply for relevant scientific research projects.
