According to the requirements of the Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology on Doing a Good Job in the Construction of Provincial Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center in 2022 (Sukejihan [2022] No. 198), the application for the construction project of provincial engineering technology research center (hereinafter referred to as the Engineering Center) in 2022 is now carried out, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Declaration conditions
1. Construction subject: a high-tech enterprise with a municipal engineering center and an independent legal entity. The newly recognized municipal centers in this year will not be declared.

2. Site: There is a special research and development site to meet the needs of research and development, and the research and development area is not less than 500 square meters.

3. Personnel: There is a team of professional and technical personnel suitable for the leading business, and there are not less than 20 full-time R&D personnel in the enterprise.

4. R&D investment: It has a certain scale (the annual sales volume is not less than 50 million yuan in principle), the newly added investment of the declared engineering center is not less than 5 million yuan, and the R&D investment expenditure in the previous year accounted for no less than 2% of the main business income.

5. Equipment: There are instruments and equipment required for research and development.

6. R&D business capability: a certain degree of innovation capability. Last year, there must be more than one application for invention patents related to the research direction of the Center, and the applicant has undertaken the tasks of science and technology plans above the municipal level.

7. The applicant shall provide the enterprise R&D projects, enterprise R&D activities and related information (Form No. 107-1, 107-2) in the "Statistical Reporting System of R&D Activities of Enterprises in Nanjing City" in 2021 or the torch statistical annual report of high-tech enterprises (GQ-004, GQ-005).

2、 Declaration requirements
1. The application materials of the applicant shall be prepared according to the project application form of Jiangsu Engineering Center (see Annex 1 for details), and attached with relevant supporting materials. The application materials shall be printed and bound in A4 format (paper cover, adhesive binding).

2. Each applicant shall submit the application materials and Basic Project Information Form (Annex 3) in quadruplicate to Window 107 of the New Area Independent Innovation Service Center (No. 48 Fengchu Road) before July 1, affix the official seal, and send the complete application PDF and the electronic version of Annex 2-5 to 13916431356@163.com.

3. Please submit the recommendation letter (Appendix 6) to Window 107 of the New Area Independent Innovation Service Center (No. 48 Fengchu Road) before July 1.
