In accordance with the spirit of the Measures for the Management of Intellectual Property Special Funds in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area (NXQGF [2019] No. 14), and in combination with the requirements of the State Intellectual Property Office on further standardizing patent application, we hereby notify the following matters concerning the implementation of intellectual property policies in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area in 2021:

1、 Funding objects and scope
Subsidize enterprises, institutions and individuals whose business registration place, tax affiliation and patent address are within the scope of Jiangbei New Area.
The scope of funding covers the invention patents granted or relevant projects recognized during the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 (one annual one-time application for cash).

2、 Declaration method
The special funds are declared online. The applicant should log on to the enterprise service platform of Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing（ http://qyfw.njna.gov.cn:9090/ ）, submit the application materials through the online application system.

3、 Application materials

Application for patent, trademark registration and software copyright award
It is required to submit the patent authorization certificate, official payment bills, trademark registration certificate, software copyright registration certificate and other relevant materials.

High value patent transaction reward declaration
Scanned copies of patent certificate, patent right transfer contract, achievement transformation certificate and other materials shall be submitted.

03
Declaration of patent award
A scanned copy of the award certificate is required.

04
Application for intellectual property rights protection subsidy and "genuine goods" demonstration block award
1. For the application of intellectual property rights protection subsidy, it is necessary to submit the evidentiary materials and bills of related expenses for the case to win the lawsuit and the judgment to take effect;
2. The provincial and municipal approval documents of the project shall be submitted for the provincial and municipal "genuine goods" demonstration creation block award application.

Application for intellectual property service award
It is required to submit the supporting materials that the authorized patents obtained by the enterprises acting as agents of the New Area during the period of funding reach the corresponding number.

4、 Relevant requirements
The opening time of the intellectual property policy fulfillment system is from July 20, 2022 to August 15, 2022. All relevant units and individuals must complete the filling of online materials within this time period. Overdue time will not be accepted.
