Jiangsu High Performance Membrane Materials Innovation Center is a provincial R&D industrialization platform established by Nanjing University of Technology. Its operating company is the Membrane Application Technology Research Institute of Nanjing University of Technology. It is one of the first new R&D institutions in Nanjing. It is mainly engaged in the industrial development of water treatment membranes, special separation membranes, gas separation membranes, medical membranes, battery membranes, etc., and carries out engineering application research in environmental governance, food and medicine, chemicals, new energy and other fields.
At present, the team has undertaken more than 10 national key R&D projects and topics, won 5 national awards for research results, obtained more than 300 authorized patents, and presided over the drafting of more than 10 industrial standards. Currently, we are recruiting academic backbones, scientific researchers and post doctors at home and abroad.

Recruitment Position
01 R&D Director
(1) Major in membrane separation related science and engineering, doctor degree, with 5 years or more of R&D or technical work experience, and experience in membrane material or application process development is preferred;
(2) Have the ability to carry out research independently, rich scientific research experience, can independently apply for and undertake scientific research projects, lead teams, and guide graduate students;
(3) Love scientific research, rigorous style of study, proactive, good communication skills and team spirit.

02 Scientific research backbone
(1) Major in chemical industry, materials, automation and other related science and engineering, doctor, with experience in membrane material research and development and polymer modification is preferred;
(2) Have certain research achievements, have the ability to carry out research independently, can assist in applying for, undertaking or participating in important scientific research projects, and assist in guiding graduate students;
(3) Love scientific research, rigorous style of study, proactive, good communication skills and team spirit.

03 Scientific Research Assistant
(1) Major in chemical industry, chemistry, materials, environment, food, pharmacy and other related science and engineering, master's degree or bachelor's degree, experience in membrane material development and polymer modification is preferred;
(2) Have certain research achievements, have the ability to carry out research work, and can assist in applying for and participating in important scientific research projects;
(3) Love scientific research, rigorous style of study, proactive, good communication skills and team spirit.

04 Postdoctoral
(1) Age no more than 35;
(2) Obtained doctorate in chemical industry, chemistry, materials, machinery and other related disciplines;
(3) Have certain research achievements, have the ability to carry out research independently, can assist in applying for, undertaking or participating in important scientific research projects, and assist in guiding graduate students;
(4) Love scientific research, rigorous style of study, proactive, good communication skills and team spirit.

Salary
01 Scientific research personnel (R&D director, scientific research backbone, scientific research assistant)
R&D director and research backbone:
(1) The annual salary is 350000-500000 yuan;
(2) RMB 400000-600000 for settling down;
(3) Scientific research start-up fund shall not be less than 500000 yuan;
(4) Encourage foreign exchanges, participate in training, support the application of national, provincial, municipal and district level talents, and enjoy preferential policies for multi-level talents (see the JiTRi Researcher Plan, the Implementation Measures of Jiangsu Provincial High level Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talent Introduction Plan, the Implementation Rules of Nanjing High level Entrepreneurship Talent Introduction Plan, the Measures of Nanjing City for the Peaceful Residence of Talents, the Implementation Measures of Nanjing University Students' "Ningju Plan", etc.);

(1) The annual salary is 150000 to 250000 yuan;

02 Postdoctoral
(1) The annual salary is 350000 yuan;
(2) Encourage foreign exchanges and training, support the application of national, provincial, municipal and district level talents, and enjoy preferential policies for talents (see relevant policies for details);
(3) Support postdoctoral students to apply for various project funding, and give performance awards to approved projects above provincial level, which is more than 5% of the project funds.
(4) Provide free accommodation or rent subsidies, and provide work meal allowance;
(5) The center will give priority to the recruitment and employment of doctors after they leave the station;
(6) Assist in solving family members' employment, children's education, transportation and other rigid needs.
